Reid Ewing
Dr. Ewing is a Research Professor at the National Center for Smart Growth, associate editor of the Journal of the American Planning Association, and Fellow of the Urban Land Institute. His most recent books are Growing Cooler: The Evidence on Urban Development and Climate Change, U.S. Traffic Calming Manual, and Pedestrian and Transit Oriented Design.
Milica Bajic Brkovic
Dr. Bajic Brkovic has held a number of international appointments such as Secretary General of ISOCARP, Associate of The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe in Belgrade, and head of the National Expert Team for the United Nations Habitat II Conference. A former BPTT Chair in Planning and Development at UWI, Fulbright Scholar at UC-Berkeley, Visiting Scholar at Rutgers University, Visiting Fellow at the University of Ancona and British Council Visitor at Oxford Brookes University, she is currently posted as Professor in Urban Planning and Design at the University of Belgrade. Her professional interests center on sustainable development and planning, planning methodology, and the role of international organizations amongst others.
Alexander Macgregor
Mr. Macgregor is an architect with additional qualifications in city /regional planning and urban design. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom, United States, Tanzania, Spain and Holland. He has lectured around the world, published on work ranging from the specifics of streetscapes to preparation of master plans. Mr. Macgregor has served on and advised numerous committees on development projects including those for World Heritage SItes. He is currently the Secretary General for the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP-www.isocarp.org).
John Renne
Dr. Renne is an Early Research Professor of Planning and Urban Studies at the University of New Orleans (UNO) and the Director of Transporation Studies. He also serves at the Associate Director of the UNO Transportation Institute, which is home to the Univserity Transportation Center, the LSU-UNO Gulf Coast Research Center for Evacuation and Transportation Resiliency. He has been a featured speaker for the United States Department of Transportation and at the Clinton Global Initiative, University of Miama, Florida.
